Organized annually, this PE Fundamentals Course is comprised of five updated modules that have been purposefully designed to provide participants with knowledge and the ability to understand the operation model of and the challenges faced by private equity and venture capital investors. Delivered by the industry’s foremost experts, the modules cover both the PE basic concepts and the entire investment process, from fund-raising strategy and distribution of returns to buyouts and exits, dealing with such issues as fund strategies, tax, cross-border transactions, legal and regulatory structures, marketing, deal making, ESG and management of portfolio companies. The program provides opportunities for candidates to deepen their understanding of the private investment market and help them acquire relevant fundraising and exit knowledge in a complex market.
