HKVCA Private Equity Fundamentals Course 2024

MoFo Hong Kong PE/M&A associates Julia Lee and Yilong Luo will speak about the “Deal Protection and Risk Allocation Issues” at the HKVCA Private Equity Fundamentals Course 2024 – Module 2: The Investment Decision, hosted by the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (“HKVCA”) on September 20, 2024.

This course will cover the following topics:

• Protecting the deal via exclusivity arrangements and break/termination fees
• Allocating risk via warranties, indemnities, disclosures and other contract provisions
