We are looking for life science companies that are positioned for and actively seeking investments. We welcome companies from across the life sciences ecosystem, whether or not your company is a client of MoFo. There is no fee to participate. Our goal is to provide networking opportunities and to make connections to the emerging company ecosystem.
Please submit a non-confidential pitch deck (20 MB max.). Note that while these presentations are not subject to confidentiality agreements, they will not be shared with anyone outside of MoFo except potential investors.
We recommend that you use the following outline for your pitch deck:
Problem – What unmet need does your company address?
Solution – How does your company's product/service fill this unmet need?
Market Potential – Target market, market segments, and potential market size/growth rate
Management Team – Senior management and quick overview of relevant experience
Go to Market Strategy – Channels that will be used to deliver your company's product/service to target markets
Competition – Current or potential competitors and competitive outlook/dynamics of the relevant market
Financial Projections – Five-year forecast, including revenue and EBITA
Funds Requested & Use of Proceeds – How much is your company raising and how will funds be allocated?
Keep in mind that if your company is selected, you will have about four to seven minutes to present, with an additional two to three minutes set aside for investors to ask questions and provide feedback.
