Christin Hill and Craig Martin will be speaking at the 29th Annual Stanford Directors’ College on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Christin will join the breakout session “Defend Your Company, Defend Yourself: Private Litigation, Government Investigations, and D&O Insurance” at 11:30 a.m. PT to discuss modern day issues faced by public company boards and techniques for controlling legal liability. Christin and Craig will both serve as facilitators for a small "table topic" discussion during the networking lunch at 12:30 p.m. PT, in addition to serving as facilitators for a tabletop exercise at 2:55 p.m. PT that will introduce a number of complex issues related to corporate governance and litigation for discussion among a small group of corporate directors.
