ABA 2024 International Cartel Workshop

Join Lisa Phelan, co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Global Antitrust Group, at the ABA’s 2024 International Cartel Workshop, June 24-26 in Barcelona, Spain. The workshop boasts three days of instruction and discussion that will highlight current developments and important issues relevant to cartel enforcement, with active engagement and thoughtful interaction among lead global enforcers and the private bar.

Lisa will moderate a faculty of highly experienced practitioners from Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the United States in a roundtable discussion titled “Trial Toolkit.” Panelists will share tips for succeeding in cartel trials, from the initial stages of preparing a defense strategy through closing arguments. The discussion will include lessons learned from several recent high-profile trials.
