The on-demand replay will remain active through June 17, 2025.
Please join Morrison Foerster for a webinar outlining some of the government enforcement risks being faced by electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers and participants in the EV supply chain. The Biden-Harris administration has been keenly focused on mitigating climate risk, which has resulted in several executive and legislative actions promoting the production and use of electric vehicles. However, EV manufacturers and participants in their supply chains are facing increased risks of encountering anti‑corruption violations, export control and sanctions violations, and cybersecurity issues as a result of EV battery production and software, internet-connected EVs and the increasing integration of AI, and the production of EV technology components in China.
