MoFo is hosting Impact Capital Managers’ 2024 Spring Convening, a conference bringing together ICM members and a select number of external partners, including ICM’s LP Advisory Council, for deep-dive conversations on impact investing in private capital markets. MoFo partners Benjamin Fox and Shai Kalansky will speak as panelists during the first breakout session of Day 1 to address topics ranging from essential best practices for governance, including effectively engaging on portfolio company boards, to impact fund structures regarding private capital.
