Stephanie Thomas, Chair of MoFo's Global Private Funds group, joined industry leaders on the panel "Unlocking the Power of Leadership" during the One80 Leadership Conference to showcase diverse leadership styles from various industries. The audience was able to gain a fresh perspective on collaboration, innovation, inclusivity, and effective leadership practices.

Steph Thomas and fellow panelists led an engaging discussion on their ability to influence others, how they encourage risk taking and innovation, their integrity and accountability and how they maintain that as a value for all, transparency in the workplace, acting decisively, and demonstrating resilience.
