On April 9, 2024, join John Smith, Partner and Co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s National Security practice and former Director of the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), at the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists’ (ACAMS) “The Assembly Hollywood,” where he will be contributing to two sessions.
During the first session, titled “The Future of Sanctions Compliance and CTF,” John will be joined by fellow panelists Heather Epstein, Deputy Global Head of Sanctions at UBS, and Brian O’Toole, Global Head of Sanctions at Wells Fargo.
