With the first quarter of 2024 almost complete, we would like you to join us for the next installment of our Breakfast Seminar Series, and our first in 2024. We will focus on major post-pandemic CRE trends, including a deep dive into the future of the office sector; increased distress in certain asset classes and geographies in light of macro-economic conditions and a constrained CRE finance market; and other notable trends, challenges, and opportunities, including those in the industrial, multi-family, and data center sectors. We will also touch on the challenges in developing affordable housing, and AI’s impact on the industry.
