Mark Whitaker, co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, will be speaking at the the University of Akron Intellectual Property and Technology Law Center’s 26th Annual Symposium.

Mark's panel will focus on the role of Section 337 in the enforcement of U.S. IP rights, its significance to IP Rights owners in Northeast Ohio and current issues facing the USITC. The panel will include Judge Doris Johnson Hines and one other practitioner.
