Join Morrison Foerster for the American Bar Association’s 39th National Institute on White Collar Crime in San Francisco from March 6-8, 2024. Featuring top members of the white-collar bar in the United States including MoFo attorney Bonnie Lau, the Institute will explore ethical issues and challenges that have confronted prosecutors and defense counsel in recent high-profile white collar crime cases.
Wednesday, March 6
Bonnie Lau will moderate a panel including federal and state antitrust enforcers, defense lawyers, and in-house counsel who will share insights on recent developments in criminal antitrust law. Federal topics will include the DOJ’s recent criminal monopolization prosecutions, high-profile no-poach cases and trials, and bid-rigging and price-fixing enforcement. State antitrust enforcement topics will include current enforcement priorities and recent prosecutions and lawsuits. The panel will also discuss corporate compliance best practices given this backdrop of increased antitrust enforcement.
