MoFo Hong Kong associate Cheryl Zhu has been invited to be a lecturer for the International Arbitration Open Course jointly organized by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE). She will present on the topic of “How to Select and Challenge an Arbitrator?” as part of the 8-module course.
Cheryl’s practice focuses on investigation, litigation, and arbitration matters in greater China on behalf of multinational and Chinese clients. She has experience in China-focused arbitration work, including Chinese-language proceedings before CIETAC. She has handled matters for clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, pharmaceuticals, and finance.
