The Asia session will focus on recent developments and trends in trade secret enforcement across three key jurisdictions in the Pacific region: mainland China, Japan, and Hong Kong. For many years, trade secret enforcement in Asia was viewed with skepticism when compared to options in the U.S., but evolutions in law and practice have made these jurisdictions more credible venues for those seeking relief from trade secret theft in Asia.

Our panelists will discuss:
