Join the global MoFo National Security team to learn how governments around the world continue to coordinate and respond with increasingly severe sanctions and export controls against Russia as the war in Ukraine approaches its one-year mark. The National Security team’s U.S., UK and EU specialists on financial and trade sanctions summarized the measures taken to date and outline potential new steps that governments may take to isolate Russia economically and diplomatically, including:
- Providing updates from the last year of financial and trade sanctions;
- Predicting what may be coming next; and
- Discussing compliance recommendations and enforcement expectations
