MoFo Partners Brian Michael and Edward Imperatore Speak at SCCE's California & Phoenix Regional Compliance and Ethics Conference

MoFo partners Brian Michael and Edward Imperatore will speak at the 2023 Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) California & Phoenix Regional Compliance and Ethics Conference. Brian is serving on a panel entitled "DOJ Compliance Enforcement Updates," where he will analyze 2022 enforcement predications, key cases and how recent DOJ pronouncements have changed the corporate enforcement policy and compliance landscape, and emerging enforcement/compliance issues going forward. Edward is serving on a panel entitled "Employee Communications in the Modern Age: What Compliance Should Know," where he will address the questions of how companies should address evolving DOJ standards, best practices for drafting and enforcing device usage and collection polices, and how companies should prepare for increasingly complex modes of communication and challenges in monitoring and preserving employee communication.
