MoFo's Kate Driscoll Discusses Telehealth Fraud at the 10th Annual Advanced Forum on False Claims and Qui Tam Enforcement

MoFo's Kate Driscoll is serving as a panelist at the American Conference Institute's 10th Annual Advance Forum on False Claims and Qui Tam Enforcement. She will be speaking on a panel entitled, "Telehealth Fraud: The Next Frontier in FCA and Qui Tam Enforcement", which will address the imminent increase in government enforcement activity around telehealth arrangements as a result of the recent expansion in telemedicine services.
