29th Annual Beard Group Distressed Investing Conference

Every year, industry experts meet at the Distressed Investing Conference hosted by the Beard Group, Inc., to discuss the latest topics and trends in distressed investing.

Morrison Foerster's Partner and Global Co-Chair of Business Restructuring & Insolvency, Lorenzo Marinuzzi, presented on a panel during the conference titled "Out of Court and Other Alternatives to Bankruptcy." Several alternatives to bankruptcy were discussed by the panelists, including Receiverships, Out of Court workouts, and Sale of Assets. Alternatives, however, come with their own set of challenges.
