MoFo partner Deborah Connor is serving as a speaker at the Women's White Collar Defense Association's Global Enforcement and Compliance Series, part 4. She will be speaking on a panel entitled, "The Penalty Phase: Developments in Sentencing, Forfeiture, and Clawbacks on the Global Stage."
