On September 12, MoFo Partner and Co-Chair of the Global Antitrust practice group, Alexander Okuliar moderated a panel, "Labor Markets: Where are the Antitrust Concerns?” at the 10th Bill Kovacic Antitrust Salon held at the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. Additionally, panelists addressed criminal wage-fixing and no-poach cases where juries have decided to acquit and how that has raised questions about the effectiveness of such enforcement.
