Hey that Smarts! Dealing with Potential Skin Biocompatibility Risks from Your Products

The International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization (ICPHSO) will hold the 2022 Annual Symposium in person at the Gaylord National on February 14 – 17, 2022. This four-day Annual Meeting and Training Symposium provides an opportunity for global health and safety professionals to participate in discussions that further enhance the safety of consumer products throughout the world.

Julie Park will moderate a session entitled “Hey that Smarts! Dealing with Potential Skin Biocompatibility Risks from Your Products” on February 14th, 2022 from 2:30 p.m. – 3:20 p.m. This session will provide an overview of the ways in which exposure to chemicals in consumer products can occur, how data is used to prevent the risks of such exposures, test methods that are used to get that data, and regulatory requirements that pertain to skin contact hazards.
