Alex Okuliar, co-chair of MoFo’s Global Antitrust Law Group and former U.S. Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, will participate on the “Is Antitrust Headed for Globalization?” panel at 9:00 a.m. PT on Friday, June 25. His panel will answer the questions: Will the United States and European Union align their approaches? Will developments in the EU have ripple effects across Asia and other nascent national authorities? The Australian experiment: Will the payment for content conversation become global? What does it all mean for businesses?
