LIBOR, CARES Act, PPP - What You Need to Know Today

On October 14, 2020 Victor Liang spoke on a panel at the 2020 Bank Counsel Seminar hosted by Western Bankers Association (WBA), one of the United States' largest banking trade associations and regional educational organizations.

The panel discussed (a) recent developments on how the market is preparing for the transition from LIBOR, and (b) key programs and changes under the CARES Act (such as the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program, forbearance and loan modifications, eviction moratorium and others) and recent developments.
