How Does the COVID‐19 Pandemic Impact the Enforceability of Contracts?

Following a first webinar in collaboration with Deutsche Börse Venture Network held on Friday, 27 March, we will host a second session focusing on contractual obligations which might cease in times of COVID‐19.

This webinar will cover the circumstances that may allow suppliers, providers or customers to suspend or terminate the performance of their contracts or to request an adjustment of the contract terms as result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Such rights may arise under contract from force majeure and material adverse change clauses or under statutory German law.
