Vivian is recognized as a leading advisor on U.S. and international outsourcing projects across a wide range of industries. She has counselled a number of clients on their multi-year, multi-project sourcing programs.
Vivian is an inaugural inductee into the Legal 500 2017 Hall of Fame, along with fewer than 500 other outstanding U.S. partners who have been recommended as “Leading Lawyers” for the last six years consecutively.
Vivian is a frequent speaker and has lectured for a variety of organizations, including the Practising Law Institute, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Institutional Investors News, International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (for which she has served as co-chair of the New York Chapter), Outsourcing Institute, and the Sourcing Interests Group. She has also published numerous articles that have appeared in such ALM publications as The International Trade Law Newsletter and The Technology Transactions Newsletter, on the editorial boards of which she has served.
While earning her J.D., Vivian served as submissions editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review.
