Scott Chen is an associate in the New York office of Morrison Foerster and a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group.
His practice is focused on transactional matters involving a broad range of intellectual property and technology, including licensing, development agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, outsourcing, investments, and mergers and acquisitions. Scott works across a variety of industries, including the areas of software and cloud services, software development, biotech, sponsored research, clinical trials, fintech, blockchain applications, data licensing and distribution, and video game distribution. In addition to his practice, Scott is an active member of the firm’s pro bono efforts.
