Nick is an associate in the Litigation Department in Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. He advises clients on sensitive matters relating to national security, crisis management, and cybersecurity.
Nick received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was a student advocate in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, Exceptional Pro Bono Pledge Honoree, and administrative editor of the Journal of National Security Law & Policy. During law school, he interned at the U.S. Department of Justice in the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section as well as in the chambers of the Honorable Evan J. Wallach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Timothy J. Kelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. After law school, Nick clerked for the Honorable Gregory K. Frizzell of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
Nick currently serves as an Air Force Reserve officer supporting the Joint Staff Directorate for Intelligence. He previously served as an active duty intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force.
