Mika Fitzgerald is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust Law Group.
Mika has represented clients in a wide range of antitrust matters, including at trial and in arbitration. She also has experience in a variety of commercial disputes, ranging from breach of contract to securities fraud. She has represented clients in a broad range of industries including financial services, technology and software, and healthcare.Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Mika handled complex commercial litigation matters at another international law firm. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the online editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Mika received her B.S. with honors from Cornell University.
