Kevin Wang is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster's Washington, D.C. office. Kevin helps clients address a wide range of antitrust concerns, including both litigation and transactional matters. He is dedicated to helping clients identify and mitigate antitrust risks while achieving their business goals and defending their interests when litigation arises.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Kevin worked as a law clerk at an international law firm, where he conducted legal research on topics related to antitrust, consumer protection, and data privacy and drafted memoranda and legal motions. He also worked as a student advisor at his law school’s Administrative Law Clinic, where he drafted and edited a Supreme Court amicus brief regarding the rulemaking ability of career officials.
