Jeremy Hunt is a senior of counsel of Morrison & Foerster specializing in advising on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters, as well as general advisory work. He has also advised extensively on private equity transactions, including growth capital investments, pre-IPO financings and LBOs. Jeremy’s experience covers both Europe and Asia, having spent 10 years of his career working in Hong Kong and the remainder in London.
