Ernesto Rojas Guzman is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office.
Ernesto earned his law degree with pro bono honors from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. While at Berkeley Law, he was an Associate Editor of the California Law Review, a client advisor for the New Business Community Law Clinic, and helped lead various organizations such as the First Generation Professionals, and the Startup Law Initiative. Prior to joining the firm, Ernesto served as an extern for Chief District Judge Richard Seeborg, was a 1L Diversity Fellow, and externed with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office.
