“Dustin McKenzie is an associate in the Transactions Department group in the San Diego office of Morrison Foerster.
Dustin represents clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities and capital transactions and complex corporate governance matters. Dustin has extensive M&A experience representing U.S.- and global-based public and private entities in complex transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, De-SPAC transactions, stock sales, asset sales, leveraged buyouts, divestitures and recapitalizations. Dustin has advised a broad range of clients across numerous industries, including technology, healthcare/life sciences, financial services, consumer products and private equity.
Dustin earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Fellowship merit scholarship. While attending he also served as the President of the Native American Law Students Association, and the Senior Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law. Dustin holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and is a member of the Kiowa tribe.
