David Lincoln is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm’s Litigation group.
Prior to joining the firm, David was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C., office during the summer of 2023.
David received his J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, David served as managing editor of the American Criminal Law Review’s Annual Survey of White Collar Crime. David received his B.A. in economics from George Washington University, where he was a member of the varsity rowing team.
