Damien Holmes is an associate in Morrison Foerster's Transactions Department. He maintains a corporate transactional practice focused on venture and growth equity investments, corporate governance, advising emerging-growth companies through their entire lifecycle, corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Damien earned his J.D. in 2018 from Santa Clara University School of Law. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a member and captain of the football team.
