Andrew Jones is an IP litigator and counsels his clients on patent and trade secret matters involving a wide range of technologies, including small molecule and biologic drugs, medical and mechanical devices, software, hardware, and semiconductors.
Andrew works with a diverse set of clients, serving as an advisor to sole proprietorships and emerging companies as well as some of the largest corporations in the world. He firmly believes that everyone deserves good representation and enjoys working with his clients to come up with tailored solutions for even the most difficult legal problems.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable S. James Otero in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Between his undergraduate and law school degrees, Andrew was a research associate, working on various projects relating primarily to organic photovoltaics and corrosion detection. He also taught AP chemistry at a public high school in Beijing.
