Alistair Maughan co-leads Morrison Foerster's European Technology and Commercial Practice. He delivers commercial contracts and technology-based projects for major companies and public sector organizations. He advises on:

Advising AIG Europe on a wide range of commercial and technology agreements. (2010 onwards)
For over a decade, we have advised HM Revenue & Customs, the UK's central taxing authority, on its high-profile technology outsourcing arrangement, including its outsourcing re-procurement exercise, the integration of diverse outsourcing contracts and the re-negotiation of outsourcing contracts.
Advising these 3 UK government departments on issues associated with their multi-billion pound contracts with Airwave Services for the provision of emergency mobile radio coverage across the emergency services in the UK. (1996; and on-going)
