MoFo Ranked #1 in Law360’s 2025 Diversity Snapshot

For the fifth year in a row, Law360 has ranked Morrison Foerster first overall among firms with 601+ lawyers in the publication’s annual Diversity Snapshot. MoFo also topped the list for representation of attorneys of color among associates. In addition, the firm was recognized in the top 25 of Law360’s “Women in Law” report, which is based on the same survey data collected for the Diversity Snapshot.

A total of 248 firms participated in the survey, which covers more than 100,000 attorneys in the U.S., including upwards of 45,000 partners. Evaluations are based on Law360’s pipeline score calculation, which seeks to identify how firms are hiring, promoting, and retaining attorneys in relation to the estimated pool of available legal talent.
