In its annual Americas Awards, The International Financial Law Review announced that Morrison & Foerster won for Securitization Deal of the Year for the firm’s representation of the underwriters in connection with the first U.S. dollar-denominated covered bonds issuance in the United States for a U.S. depositary institution.
