Toshihiro So is Of Counsel of Ito & Mitomi in the Business Department.  Mr. So represents both Japanese and non-Japanese clients on a wide range of general corporate, labor, privacy, civil litigation, real estate and securities-related transactions. 

Mr. So received his B.A. degree in literature from the Tokyo University Faculty of Literature in 1990, where he specialized in French Language and Literature. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. So was employed by Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. in the Legal Department, where he was involved in general corporate, international trade, product liability and anti-dumping matters, including the establishment of overseas subsidiaries in China, the Philippines, and other Asian countries.

Mr. So graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan and was admitted to practice in Japan in 2000.  Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi in 2001, Mr. So was employed by Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker.  Mr. So is a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association.
