Mitsuyoshi Saito is an Of Counsel of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Saito’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, intellectual property, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution matters. Mr. Saito has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign clients in the areas of corporate acquisitions, technology licensing and cross-border arbitrations.

Mr. Saito received his B.A. from Hitotsubashi University in 1990, graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in 1992, and received his LL.M. from Columbia University in 1998. Mr. Saito is a qualified lawyer in Japan and New York and a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Saito was a partner of Kashiwagi Sogo Law Offices and Baker & McKenzie GJBJ Tokyo Aoyama Aoki Koma Law Office (Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise).
