Mr. Takasu is an associate of Ito & Mitomi and represents both Japanese and non-Japanese corporations on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters with a focus on structured finance transactions, financial institution compliance issues and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Takasu received his B.A. in economics from Keio University in 1997, completed his legal training at the Legal Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan (52nd term) and was admitted to practice law in Japan in 2000. He received his LLM from Queen Mary College Law School, University of London in 2005. Mr. Takasu is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association. Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi in February 2006, he was employed by Asahi Koma Law Offices.
