Ms. Hodaka is a partner of Ito & Mitomi. Her practice focuses on general corporate, M&A and litigation matters, including issues related to director’s liability and hostile acquisitions.

Ms. Hodaka received her LL.B. from Keio University in 1988, graduated from the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in 1992 and received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 1998. Ms. Hodaka received her MBA degree, magna cum laude, in 2004 from the International University in Geneva.
