Keiko Yamazaki, Of Counsel of Ito & Mitomi, engages in corporate and commercial transactions, in particular, real estate finance transactions and M&A finance transactions. Ms. Yamazaki received her LL.B. from the Hitotsubiashi University in 1997, graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in 1999.
