Ryugo Yoshimura has experience in a broad range of business transactions, particularly in the fields of M&A, private equity, restructuring and acquisition-related financing. Mr. Yoshimura also advises Japanese and foreign corporations in high-tech, life science and Internet sectors on IPO, technology and venture capital transactions.

Mr. Yoshimura is a Bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan. He received his LL.B. from Tokyo University in 1988, graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in 1990 and received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 1994.

Mr. Yoshimura is a partner of Ito & Mitomi. Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi, he was a partner at Anderson Mori.
