Taeko Yamamoto’s practice focuses on general corporate, securities and financing law. Ms. Yamamoto has advised both domestic and international clients on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, federal securities law compliance, venture capital investments, acquisition financing, capital formation, secured transactions and joint venture arrangements.

Ms. Yamamoto is co-author of “The ‘Big Bang’ in Japan’s Financial Sector,” Review of Banking and Financial Institutions (1998).

Ms. Yamamoto is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. She was born in Japan and is bilingual in English and Japanese
