In January 2006, the UK implemented the new public sector procurement Directive containing a new sourcing route called Competitive Dialogue. This new Directive has made significant changes to the way we deliver public sector sourcing.  Despite 18 months of operation, there remain a number of complex issues which you may be facing now or could face in the future.
