His primary areas of expertise include advising on outsourcing transactions (both IT and business process-driven; and both on-shore and offshore); negotiating contracts for the supply and acquisition of technology equipment, services and software; advising on data security and data privacy; advising on issues and contracts related to e-commerce; counseling public bodies on procurement policy and procedures; and drafting, negotiating and advising on all types of technology contracts and issues.
