Jon Edgell is a partner in the London office and a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group and Global Sourcing Group.

He is one of the UK's leading outsourcing lawyers. He advises clients on complex IT outsourcing transactions and business process outsourcings involving human resources, facilities, payroll, accounting and other systems and processes. Mr. Edgell has particular experience with the Indian outsourcing market.

Mr. Edgell's clients include banks, insurance companies, airlines and major international companies and, while his practice is primarily focused on outsourcing customers, he has also advised vendors in the outsourcing sector, giving him a deep understanding of the commercial drivers behind outsourcing deals. His practice also spans information technology and e-commerce matters.
