Suzanne Horne is an associate in the London Employment and Labour Law Group. Ms. Horne advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She advises senior management and human resources professionals on a day-to-day basis on all aspects of employment law, policy, and strategic HR issues. Ms. Horne advises UK and international clients frequently on the employment aspects of business transfers, outsourcings, private finance initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, and the application of TUPE. She has extensive experience of business reorganisation and restructuring projects, senior executive issues, and team poachings. Ms. Horne also regularly speaks at employment law training seminars and briefings covering all aspects of employment law and privacy. She has a particular interest in the use of mediation to resolve employee disputes.
