Teresa Basile is an associate in the Brussels office of Morrison & Foerster LLP and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice includes advising multinational companies on different aspects of EU Competition Law such as cartels, mergers and abuse of dominance.

Ms. Basile also advises on data protection and privacy law at both the EU and national levels.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Basile worked for a Milan-based law firm where she focused on International Contracts, Italian Antitrust Law and Litigation.

Ms. Basile received her J.D. ( magna cum laude ) from the University of Bari in 2000 and her LL.M. from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2001.

Ms. Basile speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French. She is a member of the Milan Bar.
