Cynthia Mao is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions including securities offerings and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked in the corporate practice of a leading international law firm in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Ms. Mao received her LL.B. from the University of Sydney in 2005 and Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting and Finance. She continued her post-graduate studies by completing her Practical Legal Training (PLT) from the College of Law, Sydney in 2006.

She was admitted to practice in New South Wales, Australia in 2006 and is proficient in Mandarin and English.
